Edmonds Cache #6 and #7

Up the hill in Edmonds just a little further Jr. Spider Cacher found yet another cache.

Then down the hill we went, back towards town for one last cache.
We looked and looked for this micro-cache.

And B. found yet another.  Pretty good for her first caching excursion.

Edmonds Cache #5 - Caching in the Park

Our caching adventure in Edmonds led us up the, through the neighborhoods and eventually to this park.

Another find by guest cacher, B.

I think everyone enjoyed a little break

Edmonds Cache #2, #3 and #4

This cache was a tricky find, but Pink Sypder Cacher came through and found it.

Not far from the above mentioned cache, Jr. Spyder Cacher found this one.  It was another micro-cache.

Up the hill, in the neighborhood, and under the bridge Jr. Spyder Cacher found this.  Thankfully she did not find any trolls.

Edmonds Cache #1

This cache was in Edmonds.  What a crew our two families make!

This cache provided a lovely view, which was so nice with the sun being out today.  We haven't had much sun yet this spring.

B. found this one!

North Creek Park Cache

This cache was at a local park, which made for a perfect picnic lunch spot.  The sun even came out, so we were able to enjoy our lunch, then move on.

 Found it!

Pink Spyder Cacher was on a roll today, found her second cache.

Our friends brought their dog and she found this.  We determined this was a glop of pollywog eggs.  It was quite large.

Mill Creek Area Cache

Another cache with our friends let us to a little path near an area we pass by often, not knowing it was there.  That is one thing I enjoy about Geocaching, is discovering areas in our own backyard that we didn't know exist.
The hint said we might need tweezers to get the log out of the tube.

Pink Spyder Cacher found this one, but had a hard time getting the log out of the tube.  Thanks to P. for getting out the log for Pink Sypder Cacher

Mill Creek Cache

We introduced our friends to Geocaching.  We thought we picked a day with a decent forecast, yet we ended up caching in the rain.  That kind added to the adventure of it and the coldness as well.

This cache was a suburban street-side bison tube cache.

R. found this one!  Pretty good for her first time out!

Mill Creek Town Center

This is a cache we were unsuccessful at finding two years ago.  So we thought we would give it another go.

Snacks and contemplating were very vital to finding this cache.

The clue says we will need to use our stealth skills... wonder what that means.

 Not here...

Uh!  Oh!  Muggles... Act normal everyone!

 Okay, back to looking...

OPE!  More muggles... look casual everyone!  The clue's were right, there are lots of muggles around.

Pink Spyder Cacher has found this one... she is proving to be very good at finding the micro-caches.

Walk the Plank

It was a nice day, a good day for a family walk and an even better day for some spur of the moment caching.  We got a new app for our smart phone which makes spur of the moment caching a possibility for us.  So perhaps we'll do a little more caching than last year.

The clues to this cache were in "Piratese" and fun to read.  Thankfully we didn't run into Davy Jone's!

Jr. Spyder Cacher found this booty!
